Multiple Teams · Summer Weightlifting Schedule


The boys summer weightlifting program will start on Tuesday, June 7 and will run all summer on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00AM to 7:00AM.

The girls will sessions will run from 7:00AM to 8:00AM.
